Sellers (Partners): Listing products for sale also binds you to the Partner Terms.

Refer-a-Friend Program: Participation requires compliance with the Refer-a-Friend Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property: Third parties addressing IP violations should refer to Section 8.
3. Accessing the Services

Account Restrictions:

When using AppSumo, you agree to the following:
No Illegal or Infringing Activities: You will not violate any local, state, federal, or international laws.
No Automated Scraping or Spamming: You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access or copy content.
No Hacking or System Disruption: You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce viruses, or disrupt services.
No Harmful Conduct: You will not post false, misleading, or harmful content.
5. Buying Products
AppSumo offers a marketplace where you can purchase digital products from third-party sellers. Here’s what you need to know:
Refunds:
Most products, including Lifetime Deals, offer a 60-day refund period.
Some deals have shorter refund windows. Digital books and certain products are non-refundable.
Check the product listing for refund eligibility.
Refund Limitations:
Refund abuse may lead to account suspension or termination.
AppSumo may deny refunds if you frequently return products or violate the Terms.
AppSumo Credits:
Credits are valid only on AppSumo and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Some physical products (e.g., tickets, books) cannot be purchased with credits.
No Reselling:
You may not resell, trade, or barter products purchased through the services.
Product Support:
Product support is provided by the seller (Partner), not AppSumo.
AppSumo may occasionally assist with resolving issues at its discretion.
6. User-Generated Content
When you post content (text, images, reviews, comments, etc.) on AppSumo, you agree to:
Be solely responsible for your content.
Ensure your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Avoid posting abusive, defamatory, obscene, or false content.
License to Use: By posting content, you grant AppSumo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and promote it across platforms.
7. AppSumo’s Content
All content on AppSumo, excluding user-generated content, is owned by AppSumo or its licensors. This includes:
Website design, text, graphics, logos, and functionality.
Protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
